Our Story
A Higher Standard of Home
Kalos is a founder-led custom home builder serving North Atlanta, built on craftsmanship, communication, and accountability. Our name comes from the Greek word καλός — beautiful, noble, and excellent in both form and character. It's the standard we build to.
Whether you're just beginning to imagine your home or deep into planning, our role is to guide you with intention and transparency — protecting both your investment and your experience.
"A great builder doesn't just build well. They build trust."
Michael Kopanski, Founder
